Fine Milling

General Overview

he fine profiling (also called microprofiling) is controlled emotion asphalt or concrete pavement to a depth using specially designed to restore a level surface or predicted curve equipment. Asphalt collected during the milling process can be recycled for use in same job or future paving projects.

  • It is ideal for lasting restoration for traffic safety in damaged pavements method. (Eg. Slots, poor adhesion, deformation or nonconforming profiles.)
  • It comprises a drum 1.5 meters wide.
  • Considerably reduces the amount of milling material.
  • It is fast and accurate.
  • The drums for fine profiling can be easily assembled and disassembled.
  • The fine profiling is eco-friendly.
  • Saves valuable resources that would be required to replace full bedding rolling and shaping thin roads can be reopened to vehicular traffic immediately.
